WATCH: Pep Guardiola spectacularly fails to gee up Man City crowd
Poor Pep Guardiola – even when he’s winning he still seems to be not enjoying himself.
The Manchester City manager saw his side win 2-1 at home to Burnley in the Premier League on Monday afternoon, but despite the result, he looked disappointed at the City fans’ inability to get behind the team.
So much so, that after the gaffer emerged from the tunnel for the second half, he tried to gee up the fans – with little response.
Watch Guardiola’s less than impressive motivational skills here (turn the sound up, even though the response is mainly silence).
Fortunately for Pep, Sergio Aguero and Gael Clichy were on hand to deliver the three points to the Spaniard.
Though that didn’t stop Pep having an extremely awkward interview with a reporter after the game.
