WALES star Jess Fishlock fired in a stunning goal from 30-yards out for Seattle Reign against Portland Thorns.
The 30-year-old dispossessed the opposition before instantly striking the ball in the top corner, leaving the keeper with no chance after just 58 seconds.
The experienced midfielder arrived in America in 2013 and has had loan spells at Glasgow, Frankfurt and two separate stints in Melbourne.
Fishlock has made over 100 appearances for Wales, after starting her playing career at Cardiff City.
She has also been player-coach at Cardiff, player-assistant manager and player-manager at Melbourne City.
Seattle are currently sixth in the league after four games, with Fishlock appearing all of the opening games this season.
Despite Fishlock’s stunning opener, Seattle drew the game 2-2 after a 82nd minute equaliser from Allie Long for Portland.
Fishlock scored an own goal in the 36th minute to bring their opponents level before Merrit Mathias gave Seattle the lead again, but they were unable to hold on for the win.
