Alexis Sanchez’s agent is in Munich to discuss a move to Bayern, according to reports.
The Chilean has been one positive of Arsenal’s lacklustre season as he has scored 29 goals in all competitions.
But his haul could not help the Gunners get into the Champions League and he has been linked with a move away from the crisis club.
And according to El Mercurio, Sanchez's representative Fernando Felicevich is in Germany to begin talks with Bayern chiefs.
The report goes in to say the Bundesliga giants would be ready to offer £50million for Sanchez and have already set up a contract worth £11million a season for the striker.
And Arsenal are said to be happy with the valuation as the former Barcelona star only has a year left on his current deal.
That would mean Sanchez could begin contract negotiations with other clubs as early as December and leave on a free.
Manchester City are also in for Sanchez with Pep Guardiola chasing the player he managed at Barca.
But the Gunners would prefer to sell to a club abroad and with Bayern offering the greatest chance of lifting the Champions League.
Sanchez - who will hope to fire Arsenal to victory in the FA Cup final against Chelsea on Saturday - has refused to pen a new deal at the Emirates so far.
The Gunners failing to reach the Champions League for the first time in two decades has also fuelled fears he will leave North London in the summer.
