Frank Lampard is feeling the pressure of management after being sent off in his seventh game as Derby boss.
His team was losing 1-0 to Rotherham when Lampard felt Derby were due a penalty for handball.
The former midfielder was sent to the stands after leaving his technical area to argue with the linesman.
Lampard was dismissed just twice in 609 games in the Premier League while at Chelsea and Manchester City.
But it took just seven games for the 40-year-old to be sent off as a head coach.
The Rams were fourth in the Championship table heading into the game after four wins and two defeats from their first six games.
Rotherham, 15th in the table, were not expected to pose a problem for Lampard’s team.
But Derby forward Tom Lawrence was sent off after a bad challenge that sparked a mass brawl.
And then five minutes later, Ryan Manning opened the scoring for the hosts.
It was Derby’s third defeat of the season which saw them fall to seventh in the Championship.
