Manuel Pellegrini has the full support of West Ham’s board – despite their disastrous start to the season.
Hammers co-chairman David Sullivan insists the Chilean coach is the right man for the job even though the club are rock bottom of the Prem without a single point.

But Sullivan, again under pressure from fans after a fourth successive Prem loss, declared: “The manager has our 100 per cent support.”
Pellegrini insists the Hammers must not panic and said: “It’s a difficult moment, but we must have a strong reaction.
“I see the players working well during the whole week. Maybe during the games they are not doing so well.
“We made a mistake and lost to Wolves and the fans see we are continuing with the same problem of last season.
“This team play not to be relegated during the whole season. They saw we have brought new players and the desire to see the team play well is high.
“There are a lot of things that can be the problem but you must find the solution.
“We cannot talk about relegation when we have just played four games, and you are three points from 10th in the table. It’s not a moment to talk about that.
“But you must understand if you don’t win in the first four games, it’s because something happened.”
Wolves star Adama Traore climbed off the bench to score in stoppage time.
The last time West Ham lost their opening four matches – in 2010 under Avram Grant – they were relegated.
And Austrian captain Arnautovic insists the players must improve.

“It is hard to talk after this type of game,” he said. “But results like this cannot happen.
“I know the fans are expecting much more from us, but we need to stick together, hold together, and believe in each other.
“We need to get confidence to turn things around. Everyone believes in each other, but that was unacceptable. We need to pick up as soon as possible.”
