Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus switch could see Paul Pogba return to Turin, according to reports.
The £99million superstar’s arrival was by far the biggest deal of the summer so far.
And Tuttosport claim ambitious Juve also want to bring World Cup winner Pogba, 25, back in a £133m move.
After his impressive performances in Russia, many have claimed the Manchester United academy graduate’s struggles are down to Jose Mourinho’s tactics.
Mino Raiola has apparently been offering Pogba to various European clubs, including Barcelona and Juventus.
And after Ronaldo, 33, joined in a stunning coup, the Old Lady are a hugely attractive proposition.
Pogba reportedly stays in touch with former team-mates Paulo Dybala, Andrea Barzagli and Giorgio Chiellini.
While France star Blaise Matuidi is believed to be making efforts to persuade his countryman to join him in North Italy.
Speaking about Ronaldo’s arrival, 31-year-old Matuidi said: “Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player on the planet, knowing that he will play with us is great.
“Of course it is for him too, he gets to share the dressing room with a world champion!
“Two years ago he managed to beat me in the final in Paris, but it’s true that the World Cup is something more than the European Championship.
“It’s a real surprise, but I’m happy and satisfied with what the club has done. Getting someone like him to wear the Bianconeri shirt – we have the best now.”
