JUVENTUS want to sign Jack Wilshere on a free transfer in the summer.
Wilshere, 26, has been a standout performer in Arsenal’s midfield this term but will be out of contract at the end of the season.
And the Gunners’ new offer comes with a 20 per cent pay cut and requires a full medical, as SunSport exclusively told you on Wednesday.

The Italians hope Wilshere snubs that and becomes a free agent.
A source said: “Jack interests Juventus and feelers have been put out.
“He is a someone whose game would suit Serie A perfectly.”
But boss Arsene Wenger is convinced the in-form midfielder will remain at the Emirates.
He was made captain in the Carabao Cup semi-final against Chelsea — an honour he could be getting on a more permanent basis if he chooses to stay.
Boss Wenger said: “I see Jack staying because he is an Arsenal man.
“He was here at the age of ten and has some leadership qualities. He has a football brain.
“He is completely focused on Arsenal.
“The fact he has been away and come back… he realises life here is not so bad, maybe.
“That is something that is important, that he can be one of the leaders in the future. Who would question his love and commitment for the club? Nobody.
“We have to find an agreement that makes him happy and the wish that in the future he remains fit.”
