Romelu Lukaku had a decision to the make in the summer.
Make a controversial return to Chelsea – the club who shunned him for so long during his impressionable younger years – or a new challenge with Manchester United.
Well, as we all know, Lukaku opted for the latter, making a whopping £75m move from Everton.
But that was apparently disobeying orders.
And not just any orders… the orders of a ‘voodoo’.
That’s according to Everton majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri, who revealed an astonishing story at the club’s AGM sit down on Tuesday evening.
Moshiri believes Lukaku didn’t sign a new contract with the Toffees in the summer because a ‘voodoo’ had told him he had to move to Chelsea:

Lukaku, if the wacky reports have any credibility, is a brave man then for ignoring the wishes of the witch doctor.
But the bruising Belgian striker’s decision has reaped rewards, scoring 15 goals in all competitions as United’s main man upfront.
If he is struck down by poor form, at least Manchester United fans can point to a ‘curse’ conspiracy to explain why…
