La Liga clubs complain about PSG’s ‘gigantic’ 12-year-old wonderkid Bitshiabu El Chadaille

Reports in Spain say French side have proof their towering star is as old as he claims

Let’s have a look at that passport.

La Liga clubs have reportedly raised doubts over whether a PSG Under-12s star is really as old as he claims.

Defender Bitshiabu El Chadaille, who was says he was born in 2005, has been seen towering over his team-mates in squad photos.

And on the pitch he is a standout behemoth.

Chadaille played in the recent La Liga Promises tournament and was the subject of much discussion.

The youngster, who looks to already be around 6ft tall, joined PSG in April from Saint-Denis Union Sport.

He is highly regarded in the French capital and supposedly viewed as one of the top talents at the club – although his side lost 3-2 to Atletico Madrid in the junior event.

Atletico and other clubs have been vocal in their scepticism over the legitimacy of Chadaille’s age.

Does this story sound familiar?

Romelu Lukaku’s mum had to take his birth certificate to matches to prove his age.

The Man United forward started banging in goals when he was 12 due to his sizeable physique.

His agent Mino Raiola told Expressen: “I was talking to his mother.

“She always ended up with other parents who did not think he was 12 or 14 years old.

“It was always a fuss that he scored three or four goals.

“He was bigger and physically strong, yes. But they screamed that it was not in the right age.

“So she took the birth certificate.”
