This is Benjamin Mendy.
The Frenchman was signed by Manchester City for roughly £50million in the summer, and the 23-year-old is seemingly having a brilliant time of it so far at the Etihad.
After performing superbly in Monaco’s Ligue 1 title-winning side last season, the left-back was signed by Pep Guardiola to provide steel and a fearsome attacking threat from the left wing.
What Pep might not have realised is that he was also signing a player who some have hailed as the funniest player in the Premier League.
1 Firstly, he joked about getting a parking fine at Nando’s in excellent style
2 It didn’t take him long to understand the English passion for the game
3 He loves a little bit of banter with team-mate Kyle Walker
4 He plays paparazzi photographers at their own game

5 His digs at his friend Michy Batshuayi are second to none, like this one after Batshuayi scored an own goal
6 He’s already brave enough to joke around with the occasionally stern Pep Guardiola
7 We shouldn’t forget that he has also repeatedly joked about scoring an own goal
8 And about how long it will be before he scores at the right end
9 He’s made full use of City’s new ‘glass tunnel’ by high-fiveing himself in the mirrors
10 His idea of ‘good training’ is kicking Yaya Toure up the arse
11 He mugged off Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero by saying John Stones will start as a striker
12 He’s not afraid to have a laugh at his own expense, like when he got brutally megged against Feyenoord
13 And when he basically asked Netflix to make a series about City
14 There was that time he channelled his Cool Runnings
15 And last but not least, we think this will probably become Mendy’s catchphrase
