BENFICA midfielder Anderson Talisca is keen to follow Victor Lindelof to Manchester United and claims Jose Mourinho “loves him”.
Lindelof completed a £31million move to Old Trafford yesterday (Wednesday) to become Mourinho’s first signing of the summer.
And seemingly midfielder Talisca is keen to follow his former team-mate to the Premier League.
In an interview with Portuguese news-site Globoesporte, Talisca said of a potential move: “It’s a question that I can not answer… yet.
“But it’s a love that exists, I will not lie.
“But it does not depend on me alone, it depends on Benfica and my agents who are dealing with the situation. Soon, there will be the news.
“It’s something that all players want [a move to Manchester United].
“I had a good season and, as I said, his love is old and I like his work as well. I hope everything works out.”
Last month SunSport reported how United are ready to trigger Talisca’s £20million release clause.
Turkish Football claim Jose Mourinho wants to bring in the Samba star as part of his summer spending spree.
Talisca has just finished the first season of a two-year loan deal at Besiktas in Turkey.
But he could still leave if long-time admirer Mourinho steps in and meets his release fee.
