German club St. Pauli reward fans with 1,000 litres of free beer after surviving relegation

FC St Pauli are giving football fans a reason to love German football!

FC St Pauli have announced this morning via Twitter that they will be giving the fans 1,000 litres of free beer after Sunday’ game against SpVgg Furth.

This comes after the club survived relegation in the German second division and are now sitting eighth in the table, just eight points above relegation.

The German club based in Hamburg play their last home game of the season today against SpVgg Fürth at the Millerntor-Stadion.

FC St.Pauli have now won 5 back to back games with two more to play this season including Sunday’s game.

And what better way to celebrate than 1,000 litres of free beer from Astra along with live appearances by the Hamburger Kneipenchor, Le Fly & the players.

And it was safe to say the fans were thrilled …
