To absolutely nobody’s surprise, EA this Weekend announced that Ultimate team would be returning in FIFA 19.
Footy fans, however, were pleased to see that it was announced with the addition of 10 brand new icons.
All 10 players will be available to get when opening packs for your Ultimate Team.
The likes of Stephen Gerrard and Frank Lampard will be gracing our teams with their presence.
As well as Rivaldo, Eusebio, Miroslav Klose, Fabio Cannavaro, Claude Makelele, Clarence Seedorf, Johan Cruyff and Raul.
This brings the total number of legends to 40.
With the likes of Pele and Ronaldo having been added in FIFA 2018.
Pack opening made easy
Budding enthusiasts for FIFA‘s Ultimate team mode love to open a pack or two… or twenty.
EA knows this.
This year they have made it simpler to sort through what you want to do with your cards.
Making the game mechanics easier and more fluid (giving you more time to open packs).
A flick of the analogue stick up will send the card to your transfer list.
Flicking it down will send it to the quick sell pile.
Hitting ‘process’ will complete the action moving the remainder of your cards to your club.
Easy.
Good luck getting one of the new icons though.
