Similar to other Battle Royale games, Realm Royale currently has only one playable map.
The first few minutes of the game tend to be quiet, allowing players to loot up, collect gear, find out where the best lookout spots are, and which areas are most heavily contested.
The Realm Royale map is split into several different biomes; an ice area, a township, a desert and a swampland.
It’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with each of these sectors, so make sure to visit them a few times when first playing to get a sense of the layout.
The Forbidden Swamp and Fungal Forest are always quiet for starting players and should provide you with a few chests.
Sanctuary can be a popular area, especially Trinity Hills, as their are an abundance of buildings with loot in them. If you are quick you will be able to grab some armour and a weapon before you retreat.
Gun Town, located in the Badlands, is aptly named and will provide you with some good weapons early on in the game, watch out for other players though as it can get busy!
The ice biome, Everfrost, is a great location to land if you are worried about being killed early on. The icy mountain range provides great cover and also a great view of the map to spot potential enemies.
