FIFA 18 gamers are kicking off over an in-game stadium.
The BC Place in Vancouver is the arena in question, and its shadows are causing hundreds of gamers misery.
See for yourself…
Now, we’re all for realism, EA, but there’s so much going on here that it makes it very difficult to see what’s going on.
The issue is compounded if one of the teams is wearing a dark-coloured jersey.
Gamers on the FIFA Reddit have had enough and are begging EA to do something about it.

One wrote: “Played against someone using that last night who also had a green/black home kit. My eyes seriously can’t adjust when it transitions through midfield through all the shadows. Why can’t every stadium with awful shadows just play at night?”
Another said: “Especially for those who combine it with light green kits. Played a guy who had this – I was really not able to see his players in the sun.”
Thankfully, there is something you can do.
Play at night.
Or, if you’ve got no control over where you’re playing, just back out… simple.
It’s not the first time gamers have had an issue with FIFA’s stadiums.
In FIFA 17, the San Siro stadium’s camera was making people feel sea-sick – so much so they tried to get it banned from FIFA 18.
According to hundreds of FIFA gamers on Reddit, the camera was ‘all over the place’, and zooms in and and out randomly.
One wrote: “I felt sick the one time I played there. Me and my mate decided to break away from NUFC in coop seasons, and have a game as Inter. Longest game of my life.”
Another said: “The camera was all over the place it was zooming in and out going left to right constantly, had to quit out the game as I felt sick.”
Let’s hope the San Siro is better this year…
