One of the most exciting additions to FIFA 18 was the El Tornado – arguably the most powerful skill move in the game.
It consists of a drag-back, flick, and spinning volley – the latter nearly always resulting in the ball flying into the back of the net.
It’s so deadly that only a few players can pull it off; Cristiano Ronaldo. Antoine Griezmann, Dele Alli, Roberto Carlos and Yannick Bolasie.
However, according to FIFA YouTuber Marshall89HD there’s a way of making it even more powerful – lining you up for a spectacular attempt on goal.
The tweaked move sees the player flick the ball over their head before hitting it on the half volley.
To pull it off, hold L1 /LB flick the RS forward whilst holding it, then flick it right or left depending on which way you want the ball to go.
Then, hammer the shot button to send the ball flying towards the goal.
It’s perfect if you’re against a high-pressing defence or if your opponent keeps rushing to tackle you from behind.
Despite just a few players able to pull off the El Tornado, EA Sports has said that any player who performs the move in real life will be rewarded with the skill in the game.
