Kyle Walker has joined Manchester City from Spurs for an eye-watering £50m.
The move has left many fans bemused, with some claiming the defender just isn’t worth that amount of money.
And it gets worse when we look into some FIFA data on Futhead.
It turns out Walker’s 81-base card is trumped by the player he’s come in to replace, Pablo Zabaleta.
The Argentine boasts an 82 rated base card, which trumps Walker in key defensive attributes.
The 31-year-old is better at dribbling, is six points higher rated in defence and is more physical.
Thankfully, if you’re keen to pick up Walker in the game he’s a world away from £50m.
He currently goes for around 9,000 coins on FIFA 17 – although this would be for his base card.
Pablo Zabaleta is even more of a bargain, costing just 1,500 on average across PS4 and Xbox One.
For us, it’s a simple choice.

FIFA 18 will cost around £49.99 – but given the demand, some outlets may undercut this.
We expect the cheapest the game will go for at launch to be around £45.
