Rainbow Six Siege is free to play from today… but not for long.
To celebrate the launch of the latest DLC pack ‘Operation Velvet’, Ubisoft is letting gamers try out the tactical shooter between February 2nd and February 5th.
The trial is open to players on PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One – although console players will need to have PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold to take part.
You’ll have access to the full game with no restrictions, so you’ll be able to see what all the fuss is about.
Siege was released in December 2015, but still remains a key title for Ubisoft.
There’s no single player mode – bar training exercises – so the game must be played online.
Multiplayer modes include hostage rescues, disarming bombs and terrorist hunts. The latter is the most fun by far.
Definitely worth checking out.
