Injured again? Deary me.

KDB has already spent a large chunk of the season on the sidelines, only returning to action last month in Man City’s win over Burnley.

But it looks like he’s going to face another lengthy spell out of the sidelines, after injuring his knee again in City’s Carabao Cup clash with Fulham on Thursday.

If you stayed loyal to the Belgian playmaker before, then that’s great. After all, he was one of the best players to pick for your fantasy football team last season.

But with his latest setback, we really do think the 10% of you who have him in your line-up should cash-in on him now.

2 Romelu Lukaku (£5.6m)

It’s been a difficult few weeks for this guy

You knew this was coming, didn’t you?

Poor old Romelu can’t catch a break at the moment and is failing to properly justify his Dream Team price-tag.

He hasn’t scored for United since September and it looks as if Jose Mourinho’s patience is finally starting to wear thin. He was dropped to the bench for the recent win over Everton.

3 Jorginho (£2.9m)

It’s fair to say that Jorginho is one of the best players in the Premier League right now.

Calming and competent in the centre of Chelsea’s midfield, the Italian has completed the most passes in the top-flight so far this season.

Sadly, you don’t win fantasy football friends with passes.

Goals and assists aren’t really part of his game and it means his Dream Team points haul is suffering, with only 20 points picked up so far.

He might be cheap, but we reckon there’s space for a more effective midfielder in your line-up.

4 Roberto Firmino (£5.6m)

Liverpool haven’t been seeing the very best of Firmino this season

Liverpool haven’t been seeing the very best of Firmino this season

We’ve always loved this bright-smiled Brazilian, but he’s yet to find his best form for Liverpool this season.

Last season, he was crucial to Jurgen Klopp’s attacking trio but in recent games the Reds boss has played him in a more deeper role, meaning his ability to pop up in the opposition box has been somewhat reduced this season.

It means his points total for Dream Team isn’t much to be desired at the moment. In fact, he’s only just above Lukaku.

Considering his hefty price, maybe it’s time you found someone who’s finding it a little easier to poke the ball into the back of the net?

5 Kieran Trippier (£4.6m)

It’ll be a long time before we forget about Trippier’s heroics for England over the summer.

But having returned to Spurs for the new season with his reputation sky-high, his recent performances have been somewhat disappointing.

Tottenham 0-1 Manchester City: Riyad Mahrez scores to fire City back to the top of the Premier League

His mistake in Spurs’ recent clash with Man City allowed Riyad Mahrez to score the winner, while his recent fantasy football points returns are less than you’d expect from such a pricey defender.

Maybe it’s time you opted for Aymeric Laporte (£4.3m) instead.
