United suffered a humiliating defeat to Huddersfield which severely dented their Premier League title hopes when you consider Manchester City beat Burnley comfortably.
Victor Lindelof has been an elusive figure since his £35m move from Benfica in the summer – and it’s probably easy to see why.
The Swedish defender was introduced as a substitute for the injured Phil Jones in the first half and all kinds of chaos ensued afterwards.
After Aaron Mooy opened the scoring, just minutes later Lindelof inexplicably ducked a long ball forward which allowed Laurent Depoitre to round David De Gea and double the lead.
