Man City have made a world-record bid to sign Spurs star VAR.
VAR once again changed the course of the game in injury time, as was the case in the Champions League last April.
Pep Guardiola has now seen enough and believes VAR is the final missing piece of the puzzle, leading to the gargantuan bid.
Unofficial scout Lee Satchell explained: “City were going to bid for UEFA but
Uefalona Barcelona blew them out of the water on that front.
“Pep was looking around at his options and he kept coming back to the same answer- VAR.
“He wanted a closer look and sure enough when City met Spurs it was VAR that everyone was talking about.
“Pep is convinced that signing VAR will take City to the next level. You can’t really argue with him, can you?
“Every time Spurs face City Pep comes away cursing VAR. If you can’t beat them, join them.
“By that I obviously mean buy them. Crush them. Throw whatever it takes until they can’t say no any longer.
“The only issue is Daniel Levy. Why would he want to hand over his prized asset, especially after losing Fernando Llorente in the summer?
“But what Pep wants, Pep normally gets. Especially when it comes to his nan’s cardigans.”
