Jose Mourinho to play himself in goal against Crystal Palace

The Man United manager is so confident of Crystal Palace not scoring that he's playing himself in goal

Jose Mourinho will rest David De Gea against Crystal Palace and play himself in goal.

The 54-year-old is so confident about Palace’s lack of attacking edge that he’s giving himself a run out instead of De Gea, Sergio Romero or Joel Pereira.

Palace are yet to score this season and are even considering signing Carlton Cole in an effort to confirm relegation find the back of the net.

“Christian Benteke is injured. No one has seen Connor Wickham in 2017. I’d be surprised if Roy Hodgson plays anyone up front.

“He was going to play in defence but he’s worried that Phil Jones will make him look bad or that Eric Bailly would take him out by accident.
