Lionel Messi dovetails with Luis Suarez to release Neymar on the right wing. He cuts in and plays a ball to the overlapping full-back who is none other than Glen Johnson.
Yes, that’s right, Glen Johnson. Formerly of West Ham, Millwall, Chelsea, Portsmouth, Liverpool and now Stoke.
It’s not the first time rumours linking Johnson with a move to Barcelona have cropped up but it seems there really are legs in the story.
Barcelona haven’t been able to replace Dani Alves properly since the Brazilian left to join Juventus last summer after eight years at the club.

Aleix Vidal was brought in from Sevilla but has yet to settle and already looks set to leave the club while Sergi Roberto has been converted from a midfielder but has looked vulnerable at times.
The Daily Mail claim Barcelona will target Johnson as long as they are able to find a club to take Vidal on loan.
Johnson has also been helped by a glowing reference from Suarez, who he played with at Liverpool.
Suarez wrote about Johnson in his autobiography, saying: ” He has a combination of physical strength, power and intelligence and technically he’s so good that despite being right footed he shoots better off of his left foot.”
We presume he was equally enthusiastic about Charlie Adam’s left foot.
