The Daily Mail claim Dean is working with a coach in a bid to tone down his flamboyant mannerisms which have previously been interpreted as displays of favouritism.

Dean has been heavily criticised for his eye-catching performances as most fans, players and pundits believe good refs to go by unnoticed.
He has also shown more red cards and awarded more penalties than any other referee in the Premier League this season.
