Mauricio Pochettino’s side lost to West Ham 1-0 on Friday night, which ended a nine-game winning streak and left the door open for their London rivals to stretch that much further ahead.
And Conte is keeping his ranks focused ahead of their potential clincher on Friday.
He said: “Now, we have taken another step to the title. We have to rest well and prepare for West Brom.
“We must try in our next game to become champions. West Brom will want to play a good game against us but we are ready.”
