CHELSEA are going to have to work hard to keep hold of Antonio Conte in the summer with Inter Milan set to offer him £12.5milllion-a-year to take charge.
The Blues chief, 47, has been the main man in turning around the West London club’s fortunes after a dreadful 2015-16 season.
Conte endured a mixed start in his opening few games in England, but a formation switch to 3-4-3 proved to be a masterstroke.

Chelsea sit four points ahead of Spurs and now look set to clinch the title this weekend.
The Blues are hoping to take advantage of Tottenham’s slip against West Ham on Friday at home to Middlesbrough tonight.
That would take them seven points clear at the head of the Premier League with just three games to play.
However, it would appear Conte’s debut season in England has been too successful with Inter Milan willing to fork out an incredible £12.5million per season for his services.
The deal would constitute a massive pay-rise, as he is reportedly earning around £6.5m per season at Stamford Bridge.
According to Corriere dello Sport in Italy, Conte has grown increasingly frustrated by the potential lack of funds in the summer window as he continues to mould a squad in his image.
Now, Inter look set to try to take advantage of the situation by offering the mammoth sum, as he sits top of their summer wish-list.
Meanwhile, the San Siro outfit will also be keeping an eye on the future of Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone as another potential candidate.
For now though, Conte will be focused on one thing, winning the Premier League at his first attempt.
Yet he bizarrely admitted Tottenham are in a better position… as Mauricio Pochettino has been in charge of the club since 2014.
