Manzano’s bumper new deal sees the Spaniard earning what top quality managers in Europe would command.

But he’s still miles off earning the sort of cash on offer in Manchester – Pep Guardiola is reported to be paid an eye watering £15m a year at the Etihad.

While Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, takes home slighty less at £10m a-year.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger  earns £8.9m, that’s way behind what Guardiola earns and slightly behind Mourinho at Old Trafford.
