NEWCASTLE UNITED legend Philippe Albert has been involved in a car crash in Belgium that left a baby and one other person injured.
The 49-year-old was travelling on the N90 from Basse-Sambre to Gilly when he was involved in an accident.
According to reports in Belgium, the accident happened at 1.30pm local time.

Emergency services state that Albert was heading towards Charleroi in his Suzuki Vitara when a car came from a slip road and hit the driver’s door.
Both vehicles came to a stop across a roundabout.
Albert emerged from his car unharmed, with pictures showing his airbag had deployed.
The other car, a Citroen Berlingo people carrier, came off significantly worse in the accident, with images showing the front smashed and bonnet missing.
A man and his baby were in the car and both were injured – they have been transported to hospital.
