Alexis Sanchez is on the brink of joining Manchester City, according to reports.
The wantaway Arsenal ace has already agreed personal terms and could sign on the dotted line this week.
The Gunners are resigned to losing Sanchez to the Premier League leaders but know this is the last chance they will receive a fee for his departure.

Sanchez’s contract expires at the end of the season meaning he can join Pep Guardiola’s side for nothing in the summer.
According to Sky Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, City have offered Sanchez £13million-a-year with a £30million signing on fee if he leaves Arsenal for nothing in the summer.
The Sun reported today how Sanchez could force through a move before then and sacrifice a possible £25million,which City could then use to pay a fee to Arsenal in this window.
In a tweet Romano wrote: “Manchester City have reached an agreement with Alexis Sanchez for free transfer: wage £13m per year and £30m to Alexis when he’ll sign the contract.”

He adds: “If Arsenal would accept to sell him now in January, Man City will pay £20m to the Gunners.”
But Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger remains adamant that the club are yet to receive an offer for Sanchez.
He told reporters this morning: “No. I expect nothing. I am focused on tomorrow’s game.
“I have nothing to add. What is the most important thing is to be professional and to perform no matter what the environment is.
“It’s not a big influence on the performance of our team. I have not decided yet [whether he will play]. I will decide today or tomorrow morning.”
