Coutinho has been at the centre of a transfer saga for the majority of the summer as Barca chased him as a replacement for Neymar.

Coutinho put the speculation to one side on Friday as he scored in the Samba Boys’ 2-0 victory over Ecuador.
That win helped seal first place in their World Cup qualification group with three games left to play.
Paulinho – who did manage to join Barcelona in the summer – was also on target in the win.
Brazil face Colombia next who are 11 points behind them in second place.
