Barcelona have got one of their men – but will Philippe Coutinho follow?
That’s because, according to L’Equipe, the Catalan giants have finally reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund to sign Ousmane Dembele.
The two clubs have been involved a tedious tussle for the French wonderkid all summer, with Barca having several massive bids knocked back.
But it appears, after a meeting between representatives from each club in Monaco before the Champions League draw, they’ve finally struck a deal worth a reported €120m plus a further €30m in add-ons.
Barcelona had endured a torrid summer after losing Neymar to PSG and failing to invest the £196m fee in any of their top targets.
Ernesto Valverde’s side are also still in hot pursuit of Coutinho but have had several mega bids rejected by Liverpool whose ‘not for sale’ stance remains unmoved.

Dembele, in a bid to force a breakthrough, threatened to go on strike and was suspended by the Bundesliga side.
It leaves a sour taste in the mouth for Dortmund and the France winger who had a blistering season in Germany after his £15m move from Rennes last summer.
He notched 10 goals and 21 assists for Dortmund in all competitions and forged an instant rapport with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
This season, however, he is now tasked with the unenviable challenge of stepping into the void vacated by Neymar.
No pressure, kid.

“Last night he was 14/1 to be the next Prem boss to go – now our traders have been forced to slash him to just 6/4.”
