TOTTENHAM transfer target Suso confirms he’s received “three offers from Champions League clubs.”
But the Spanish winger insists he wants to stay put at AC Milan despite the Italians failing to deliver on their promise of a new contract.
Suso is believed to be in the crosshairs of Mauricio Pochettino after another great season at the San Siro.
The 23-year-old has developed into a fine young player since leaving Liverpool and played a role in 16 goals throughout the previous Serie A campaign.
Tottenham are on the hunt for more firepower and believe Suso is the man to help them finally lift the Premier League title.
But although Suso concedes he has some very interesting offers on the table, the ex-Genoa loanee is keen to remain at the club as he awaits news on a fresh deal.
Suso told Sky Italia: “We had an agreement in December to get the contract renewal, but it seems as if right now they have other priorities.
“I have three offers from Champions League clubs but I want to stay here as I am very happy with the fans and the coach.
“Nobody said anything to me, I’ve been waiting since December and we’ll see what happens.
“We had a deal, I spoke to [Milan CEO Marco] Fassone and he said there was no problem for the renewal. I am still waiting, they have my agent’s number, but I don’t think anyone called.”
Should Suso leave Milan, the Italians could make a move for Bayer Leverkusen’s Hakan Calhanoglu after already signing Mateo Musacchio, Andre Silva, Franck Kessie and Ricardo Rodriguez.
