Is this the biggest hint yet that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is heading to the MLS once he returns to fitness?
The Swedish striker’s clothing company A-Z Sportswear have certainly done nothing to stop those rumours with their latest antics on Twitter.
Ibrahimovic is a free agent after his Manchester United contract expired at the end of the season.
However, he is sticking around at the Red Devils to continue his rehabilitation as he recovers from a cruciate ligament injury.
Speculation has been rife about where he will end up playing next, with money-spinning offers coming from USA and China.
But has the man himself given us a clue as to where his destination will be through his clothing company?
The Twitter account yesterday shared a snap of the forward wearing LA Galaxy colours, along with the caption: “Welcome to Los Angeles.”
Of course, that message could just be highlighting the brand is now being sold Stateside.
However, many believe it to be a sign that Ibrahimovic is set to join the MLS outfit.
And if not Galaxy, then he could of course be the marque signing for new franchise Los Angeles FC who will be joining the league next year.
The former Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and Juventus forward could even end up remaining with the Red Devils.
He impressed during his sole season at Manchester United and bagged 28 goals in his 46 appearances for the club.
That saw him finish as the club’s top scorer, and his two strikes at Wembley also won United the EFL Cup against Southampton.
He suffered ligament damage in the Europa League quarter-final clash with Anderlecht.
Ibrahimovic still travelled to his homeland to watch and celebrate with his United team-mates as they defeated Ajax in the final last month.
