Bundesliga surprise package Red Bull Leipzig are making a surprise attempt to lure two of England’s brightest talents to Germany.
Chelsea’s Dominic Solanke and Manchester City prospect Jadon Sancho have emerged as two of their top summer transfer targets, according to reports.
RB Leipzig have already secured second place in the top flight to qualify for next season’s Champions League following their promotion last season.
And the Daily Mail claim they want the Young Lions double act to help bolster their ranks.
Sancho, who scored the winner to send England Under-17s into the European Champion final on Tuesday, is highly-rated at City.
Etihad chiefs have offered him a lucrative new deal until 2020 after Pep Guardiola’s decision to promote the 17-year-old him to first-team training on several occasions this campaign.
He joined City for £500,000 three years ago from Watford and has excelled in their academy since.
Arsenal also hold an interest in the winger but the Citizens are desperate for him to stay.
Meanwhile, Solanke is out of contract at Stamford Bridge this summer.
He is keen to move in order to play first-team football.
Liverpool are keen on the 19-year-old striker, but Celtic have already begun talks over bringing him north of the border.
