Premier League football will return to our screens very shortly following its conclusion this weekend, with the confirmed start date of next season revealed.
Following only the briefest of breaks between the end of this season and the start of the 2020/21 campaign, Prem shareholders have agreed on September 12 to kick things off again.
The Community Shield is set to take place at Wembley for August 30 and the majority of players will then head around Europe and the world for the first international break since November.
That also means the start date is just 17 days(!) after the upcoming Champions League final.
Prem decision-makers have to wait until the outcome of the Championship play-off Final before they can work out a proper schedule, with the fixture list said to be agreed and published by August 21.
But whatever they decide… it will almost certainly mean an even more hectic programme in December and January.
