Jose Mourinho says if Paul Pogba wants to leave Man United, then he will have to tell him to his face.
The Old Trafford boss is now sick of fielding questions about the £89million midfielder based on mixed messages coming from the player and his controversial agent Mino Raiola.
He fumed: “If Pogba doesn’t tell me he wants to leave, it’s because he wants to stay. That is my conclusion.
“If I watch Mr Raiola on the screen saying the player wants to leave, and that he is organising a way for him to try to leave, then I will believe it.
“At this moment, I am in the dark. The only thing that is clear is the player — never in all these days we were together — has never told me he wants to leave.
“Paul came back after the World Cup the week before we started the Premier League.
“We are together two months or so. He never told me he wants to leave. Never.”
During the international break, France star Pogba added further fuel to the fire, saying: “Who knows what will happen in the future.”
With Juventus and Barcelona both keen on a swoop, Mourinho added: “You have to ask him. As a manager, I tell you the truth.
“That’s his problem, his relations with the media. I am not going to comment.”
