Arsenal and Chelsea have suffered a blow after target Leon Bailey signed a new five-year contract at Bayer Leverkusen.
The 21-year-old has been heavily linked with a host of clubs, including the Premier League duo.

Italian side Roma were the latest rumoured to be lining-up a swoop for the winger last week.
But the star has moved to end speculation over his future by opting to extend his stay at Leverkusen until 2023.
Earlier this summer Bailey revealed there was a lot of “concrete interest” in him.
The attacker told Kicker: “There’s a lot of interest. What I can say is that my full focus is on developing myself as a young player, and that’s what I focus on.

Meanwhile, Jamaican-born Bailey’s eligibility to represent England is still up in the air.
But Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate remains interested if the winger can legally prove his English roots.
The ace has represented the Reggae Boyz at U23 level but has yet to accept a call-up to their senior squad.
