Barcelona fans are certainly happy to have him back in La Liga.
All the ‘excitement’ of the summer transfer window is over for another year.
Arguably one of the most eye-catching deals of the summer saw Thibaut Courtois move from Chelsea to Real Madrid just before the deadline.

The Belgian finally got his wish by moving to the La Liga giants, after he kicked up an almighty fuss and even missed training to force the transfer from Chelsea.
There’s one very good reason however that might have led Courtois to wish he had never bothered.
The towering stopper is recognised as one of the best goalkeepers in the world, but he seems to turn into Joe Hart every time he faces Los Blancos’ fierce rivals Barcelona.
The Belgian first came up against Barcelona during his loan spells with Real’s city rivals Atletico Madrid.
Courtois’ torrid record against Lionel Messi and co started right from his first game against the Catalonia club.
The 26-year-old conceded five in his first appearance against Barcelona, with Messi bagging a hat-trick on the night. Omens.
Since that game, Courtois has conceded fourteen goals in six La Liga games against the Nou Camp club, with Messi in particular putting six past him in that time.
The Belgian’s performances against Barcelona when Chelsea faced them in the last-16 of the Champions League last season gives Barca fans further encouragement.
Courtois was in goal when Chelsea were beaten over two legs by Messi and co, with the Argentine making the keeper look absolutely silly not once, but twice.
The two legs are best remembered for Madrid’s new No1 not being able to close his legs, as Barca’s talisman scored three over the clashes, including nutmegging the Belgian twice.
Barcelona fans have been keen to remind Courtois about his unfortunate record against their side…
