MAN UNITED have reportedly agreed to meet Porto right-back Diogo Dalot’s £17.4million release clause.
The Portuguese youngster, 19, won the league this season after breaking into the first-team.

And The Telegraph claims Jose Mourinho has launched a swoop for his countryman, who must agree personal terms.
United watched Portugal Under-21s star Dalot shine after he was promoted from Porto B team towards the end of the season.
Injury cut short the end of his campaign but many have tipped the versatile defender – who can also operate at left-back – for a bright future.
Mourinho will likely use Dalot as an understudy to Antonio Valencia with a view to developing him for the future.
The whizkid played six games in the league and also featured in the 0-0 Champions League draw with Liverpool.
Juventus, Napoli and Real Madrid are believed to be in the hunt for the full-back, who has been hailed by former team-mate Miguel Layun.
The Mexican international defender said: “For potential, character, personality, and many other things, he can go as far as he wants.
“In my opinion, he can become the best full back of all in a few years.
“He has everything to achieve that, but he has to maintain the desire, the hunger that got him into the first team of an great club like FC Porto.
“In a few years’ time I would love to see Diogo being part of a Fifa Team of the Year.”
