Man United are stepping up their pursuit of Alex Sandro, according to reports.
Jose Mourinho is looking to rebuild his squad in an attempt to bridge the gap to champions Man City.
Ashley Young has started the majority of the matches at left-back this season, with Luke Shaw having been unable to earn the manager’s trust.
And The Times report that the United boss is targeting Sandro — with Juventus looking for a fee of more than £50million.
It adds that the Italian champions would demand similar to the amount City paid Monaco for the services of Benjamin Mendy.
Mourinho will also look to reinforce other areas of his squad, with the gap between first and second place at 19 points at the end of the season.
As well as a winger, right-back and a central defender, the United boss is also looking for a central midfielder to replace Michael Carrick, should he fail to convince Marouane Fellaini to stay on.
Sandro joined Juventus from Porto three years ago for £22.9m and has established himself as one of the best left-sided players in the world.
