WEST HAM have decided NOT to sign Manchester City star Joe Hart on a permanent deal this summer, according to reports.
The England goalkeeper has flopped at the Hammers, and was dropped for three months earlier this season.
He joined David Moyes’ side for the entire campaign, with the East Londoners paying half his £120,000-a-week wages.

But Hart will not be bought by West Ham, in a huge blow to the stopper’s career, according to the Metro.
The Hammers have an option included in the loan agreement to buy him, which they have turned down.
The 31-year-old still faces a nervy few weeks to find out whether he will be England’s number one at the World Cup in Russia.
He joined West Ham to boost his chances of making the starting XI under Three Lions chief Gareth Southgate.
But a turbulent season has seen his chances diminish with Jack Butland and Jordan Pickford circling.
The ex-Shrewsbury ace has made 19 appearances for West Ham while at the London Stadium this campaign.
