PSG, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid and Tottenham are also admirers – although there is little chance of the Red Devils selling their £58million acquisition to another English club.
As revealed by SunSport, Lyon – who have United flop Memphis Depay in their ranks – now have Martial in their sights.
He has just over a year left on the deal he signed back in summer 2015, but United have the option of another 12 months.
Martial and his family are believed to be settled in Manchester but, according to Bleacher Report journalist Dean Jones, the player has become increasingly frustrated at his lack of opportunities from Mourinho and accepts he has to leave.
The player’s cousin claims Martial is “disappointed” that he failed to secure a move to Arsenal in January.

Both him and Marcus Rashford have suffered since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in January.
And the £505,000 a week Chilean is likely to be a mainstay in Martial’s favoured position on the left going forward.
United would be reluctant to sell Martial as he is still only 22, has clearly got potential and is a hugely popular player with fans.
But their stance could change if Mourinho was to land Willian or Gareth Bale – both of who have been linked with moves to Old Trafford.
