The Belgian duo have been linked with moves to Spanish giants Real Madrid with both refusing to sign new deals with the Blues.
And the fact Chelsea may miss out on Champions League football after their 3-1 loss to Tottenham has increased fears they could quit West London.
Cesc Fabregas, Pedro, Gary Cahill, David Luiz and January signing Olivier Giroud are also reported to be in danger.

They all have just one year remaining on their contracts at the end of the season and Chelsea will have to decide whether to cash in or offer them extentions.
Michy Batshuayi and Kurt Zouma, who are both currently on loan, also face uncertain futures.
