MARIO BALOTELLI’S agent Mino Raiola confirms he is in talks with Premier League and Serie A clubs over a potential transfer.
The Nice striker, 27, has enjoyed a brilliant season with with 21 goals in all competitions.
Balotelli will be available on a free when his contract runs out in the summer, and Raiola insists suitors will be getting an £87million player for nothing.
He said: “Mario is ready to return. He has matured and is one of the top ten strikers in the world.
“In Italy, he is number one. He is worth €100m (£87m), but his contract is expiring, so he will be a bargain.
“I am negotiating with clubs in England and Italy. I have spoken to Juventus, Roma, Napoli and Inter Milan.”
Balotelli started his career with the latter and was billed as one of the greatest Italian talents in recent times.
However, he was never far from controversy and was sold to Manchester City for £19m in 2010 days before turning 20.
After showing flashes of brilliance, he was once again plagued by off-field incidents and joined AC Milan in January 2012.
He would return to the Premier League with Liverpool in 2015, but struggled and returned to the Rossoneri on loan before joining Nice 12 months later.
Balotelli was a surprise omission from Luigi Di Biagio’s recent squad for Italy’s international friendlies.
