League Two fans are real fans.
Forget glitzy Champions League trips or title winning seasons going from mega-stadium to mega-stadium.
Fans of England’s fourth division spend their Saturdays trudging to cold, wet tiny grounds across the country dreaming of a trip to Wembley.
That weekly slog breeds great banter.
And now Newport County’s Wembley trip is a reality, their fans have pulled out the big guns when it comes to chants.
This, from the Newport ultras, will unite all the fans of top six sides in hoping Spurs slip up tonight – if they didn’t need enough encouragement already.
These Exiles fans cheekily remixed one of Spurs very own songs that they love to sing on the terraces.
Dele Alli is on the bench tonight as Mauricio Pochettino rests his star players, including Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen, but he will not be impressed as he hears this ringing out from the away end at Wembley.
To be fair to the Newport they have actually won more than Spurs in recent years, they’ve got the trophy cabinet to prove.
Yes Pochettino has got Spurs into the Champions League but – remember Arsenal fans – there is no trophy for a top four finish.
Newport can point to successes in the FAW Premier Cup in 2008, Conference National play-off winners in 2013 and being crowned Conference South champions 2010.
Poch has said he ‘doesn’t need to win a trophy’ this year.
But at least it would stop clubs way down the bottom of the football pyramid ripping them like that.
