Patrice Evra has been in talks with Turkish rivals Galatasaray and Fenerbahce – after the free agent has been training in Dubai.
According to France Football, Evra has been in talks about a free transfer “in the coming days”.
The former Manchester United and Juventus defender has been out of contract since parting company with Marseille earlier this season.

Evra was fired by the Ligue 1 club and given a seven month suspension by Uefa after kung-fu kicking a fan in November before a Marseille match.
It means the 36-year-old is suspended from playing in Uefa matches until June 30, but can play in the SuperLig if either of the Turkish giants decide to take him on.
Meanwhile Evra has been posting the usual hilarious posts on his Instagram account while spending time in the Middle East.
He uploaded a video of himself pulling a 4×4 along the beachfront for some training and also took part in some freezing cryotherapy.

And of course he has been quipping with his trademark slogan: “I LOVE THIS GAME!”
He also performed a bizarre Marvin Gaye impression wearing £825 shoes… but one of them was missing.
Evra did promise not to quit after leaving the South Coast of France and quit rumours were denied by his agent Federico Pastorello.
He said in November: “Obviously he’s feeling great at the moment but his career will not end here, he doesn’t want to leave the game in this way.
“He is physically stronger than he was five or six years ago and plenty of people have already been in touch with us.”
