Arsenal fans fans enjoyed a Double on Wednesday night, after beating Chelsea, when they thought they spotted transfer target Riyad Mahrez sneaking out of the Emirates.

The Leicester City winger has been linked with a big-money move ever since stunning world football with a Premier League win two seasons ago.

And the Gunners has seemed like his most likely destination for the £50million man.

Moments after Arsene Wenger’s side reached the Carabao Cup final, at the expense of London rivals Chelsea, ArsenalFanTV appeared to spot the Algerian superstar.

Joyous fans could be heard yelling “Mahrez, what are you doing here” and “Riyad, are you signing?”

The subject of their attention covered up in a red hoodie but the excited youngsters surrounding his car seemed 100 per cent sure they had spotted a future hero.

Wenger is also trying to land Dortmund and Gabon striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

After sinking the Blues, the Frenchman was asked about the transfer and said “The best is I don’t talk about that.
