Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the ultimate tease.
The Dortmund hotshot is seemingly on his way out of Borussia Dortmund this month, with Arsenal and the usual suspects from China linked with the striker.
And the 28-year-old is doing little to quash those rumours.
In fact, he’s gone and fulled speculation further by donning an Ousmane Dembele jersey during a five-a-side match.
While BVB slugged it out for a 1-1 draw against Hertha Berlin on Friday evening, the much-sought-after forward was playing a slightly less intense game with his mates.
And while he played the match in the yellow of Dortmund , you can clearly see it was a replica Dembele shirt.
Dembele, of course, forced his way out of the club last summer to sign for Barcelona.
So, is that a hint, Pierre?
German newspaper Bild certainly thinks so.
But even though the stunt could be an attempt by the forward to secure a move away, Dortmund boss Peter Stoger insists this latest act of defiance doesn’t worry him.
He said: “Well generally it doesn’t bother me at all if Aubameyang right now is kicking it around somewhere else.
“That’s his decision. If he had been good in training, he would have played.
“But I didn’t have that impression of him in the last training session before the match. I felt like he was busy with many things but not this important match. That’s why he wasn’t with us.
“If he kicks a ball all week and there are pictures of him, and he does it well, then he’ll be back in the squad against Freiburg.”
