Alexis Sanchez has been axed from Arsenal’s squad to face Bournemouth today, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Chilean forward, who was only a substitute for the Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea on Wednesday, has not travelled with the team to the south coast.

But Wenger is ready to leave Sanchez out today as his move to Manchester United – rather than Manchester City – edges closer.
It is the clearest indication so far that his move is imminent.
The Chile forward has made it clear he wants out of Arsenal this month and City were in the box seat to capitalise.
But Arsenal want £35m for the forward, with City are only willing to pay £20m.
United, however, are willing to pay the asking price whilst still offering Sanchez a huge signing on fee and a bigger contract worth an astonishing £400k-a-week.
The 29-year-old, who trained on Saturday and is not injured, would prefer a move to City though and a reunion with Pep Guardiola.
Arsenal are believed to be targeting French sensation Malcom as Sanchez’s replacement, with the 20-year-old reportedly in discussions over a move this weekend:
