Liverpool and Barcelona are reportedly set to hold transfer talks over Philippe Coutinho today.
Yahoo claims representatives from both clubs will meet in order to strike a deal for the Brazilian this month.
It’s said that a fee of around £133million could be acceptable to both parties.
However, Spanish newspaper Sport claims Barcelona are only willing to offer up to £115m.
And it’s added that Liverpool will accept no less than £142m.
Coutinho is believed to be keen on swapping Anfield for Barcelona, with compatriot Neymar encouraging the switch.
And Liverpool chiefs, along with boss Jurgen Klopp, are open to the prospect of cashing in for a record sum in English football.
They have already spent a whopping £75m on Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk.
